All Light on the Hill shirts are unisex. Measurements come from the garment makers (via Printful) and may vary by up to 2" (5 cm). Tees are listed first; muscle shirts are further down.

Tees: Gildan 64000 Softstyle (regular fit)

Sold in XS–5XL. Heather Navy comes in XS–5XL; Heather Red and Heather Indigo come in S–4XL.

Fit: relaxed cut with wide, low armholes. If you're between sizes or want a looser fit, size up.

How to measure

Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.

Easiest method: lay a shirt you love flat, measure straight across just below the armpits (width) and from the top of the shoulder to the hem (length), and compare with the product measurements.
