REFUND & SIZE-SWAP POLICY
Every Light on the Hill shirt from Urban Trend Labs is printed on demand, just for you, after you order. Here is how refunds, reprints and size swaps work.
MISPRINTS, DEFECTS AND DAMAGE
If your shirt arrives misprinted (wrong design, misplaced or flawed print), with a manufacturing defect, or damaged, email support@urbantrendlabs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a free reprint or give you a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to send the item back.
WRONG SIZE: KEEP IT, AND WE'LL SEND THE RIGHT SIZE
Ordered the wrong size? There's nothing to send back: keep the original shirt, and we'll print and ship the right size for a size-swap fee that covers the new print.
• Email support@urbantrendlabs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
• Size-swap fee: $21.50 for a tee, $28.50 for a muscle shirt. We'll email you a secure link to pay it.
• We cover shipping on the replacement.
• One size swap per order.
Your new size is printed on demand once the swap fee is paid, then ships with our normal production and delivery times.
NO REFUNDS FOR WRONG SIZE OR CHANGE OF MIND
Because each shirt is made to order, we don't offer refunds for wrong size or change of mind. Wrong sizes can be swapped as described above. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.
WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If you received the wrong item or something is missing, email support@urbantrendlabs.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package never arrives or tracking stops updating, email support@urbantrendlabs.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to help you get a replacement. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email support@urbantrendlabs.com as soon as possible. Once production has started, we can't cancel the order.
REFUND TIMING
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post them.
